Terms and Conditions
We aim to make your stay at our beach house enjoyable and comfortable and have made every effort to ensure all your expectations are met during your stay. Bookings are confirmed at the tariff listed at time of booking upon receipt of your MasterCard or visa card details. The card information we obtain will be held in a secure manner and deleted from our systems after our property has been inspected following your departure.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or amendments for bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date during school holidays and 14 days prior at other times. Guests are responsible for the full cost of accommodation if the booking is cancelled or altered within these dates unless the cancellation is due to COVID restrictions where a full refund will be made.
Any unclaimed property left in the accommodation can be returned to you via your choice of postage at your expense or unclaimed property will be disposed of after one months.
We adhere to the National Privacy Principles relating to the collection of personal information. Information collected from you on the registration slip is required to meet the requirements of State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you
Personal information collected during your stay will be retained for the length of time necessary to comply with taxation and accounting requirements (usually seven years). Please see our Privacy policy.
At the completion of your stay it is your responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy manner as per when you arrived removing all food from the refrigerator and leaving the barbeque clean.
Check in time is 4pm or as otherwise arranged and checkout time is 10:00am on the date shown for your departure unless otherwise arranged. Departure after that time may incur additional charges. Please discuss your needs with us. We will accommodate them wherever possible.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas using the applicable smokers butt trays. An extra cleaning fee applies if smoke contamination occurs during your stay.
